Dr. S. L. Bansal is an Eye Surgeon. He specializes in Cataract & Squint surgery.

He completed his MBBS in the year 1975 from the Government Medical College, Patiala. After his MBBS, he did MS from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, and he received the degree in the year 1979.

In the year 1984, he completed a fellowship associated with contact lenses. He then completed fellowship specializing in squint in 1992 and trained for Phaco surgery in the year 1999.

Dr. Bansal has a rich experience of more than 40 years in the field of ophthalmology. He specializes in Phaco (modern cataract surgery) and in treating an eye disorder called squint.

He has won a Silver Medal in MS, and also a fellowship In Rotary. He has written award-winning articles. He also won the Life Time Health Achievement Award and the Best Partner Initiative Award. Over the course of his medical practice, he has guided and treated a large number of patients suffering from various eye ailments.
